Shipment Cancellation
After booking a shipment by XCORE FREIGHT means tracking number is issued to the customer. If the customer wants to cancel the shipment, 10% will be charged to the customer for the freight amount including the two-side transportation, handling, documentation and service charges. These will be the liability of the customer who booked the shipment with XCORE FREIGHT.
